Orders can be placed on the phone or through our website.
We accept all major credit cards, paypal, and checks.
*When submitting checks there can be up to a week delay.

Shipping:
We use USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail, which is a flat rate of $6.45 no matter how much you buy. Most orders are shipped in one to five business days from Rhode Island, USA. Customers will be notified of any backorders that will significantly delay shipment. With International orders, all customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
*Risk of delay or loss shall pass to Buyer upon delivery to carrier.
Discounts and Wholesale Accounts:
Since are a manufacturer/wholesaler and not a retailer, our items are already priced at wholesale market value to take into account the reseller. Because of this, we generally are not able to offer any discounts or coupons. We strive to not have any price increases even though our costs go up every year. We do however offer a 10% discount for any order of $2000 or more, out of respect for the size of the order. We also offer special deals through our Facebook page on our closeout, discontinued, or designer samples.
Adding to your order:
For security reasons we do not store any customer payment information, so we cannot add to an order once it has been placed. If you would like to add something to your current order, you may do so by placing another order and specifying in the Order Notes that you would like to combine with your previous order. As long as the first order has not shipped yet, we will combine the orders and refund you the extra shipping costs as soon as possible.
Returns, Exchanges, & Replacements:
To submit a return, exchange, and/or replacement, please print and fill out this form and mail it back to us with the item(s). Items may be returned within fourteen days of receipt. All returned and exchanged items must be returned unaltered from the condition they were sent. For returns, we will either give you a full refund (minus shipping & handling) or you may chose to use it as a credit towards a future purchase.
Missing or Wrong Items:
Throughout the production cycle we try to be as thorough and inspect the jewelry items as best as we can. Due to the volume of jewelry orders sometimes mistakes slip in, but we will always take care of any issues or concerns you may have. If there are missing or incorrect items, please email or call us!
