How do I place an order?

Orders can be easily placed through our website. If you experience difficulties using our site, please feel free to give us a call, send us an email, or fill out our contact us form and we will be happy to place the order on your behalf.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and checks.  Please note that if paying by check, there can be up to a one week processing delay.


Can I add an item to an order I already placed?

Yes! We're excited you found another product you love. You can add an item to any order that has not been marked as "Shipped". The easiest way to add to an existing order is to place another order and request for it to be combined with your previous order (please be sure to include your original order number). From there, we can refund you the extra shipping fees. You can also contact customer service via email, online chat, or phone and we would be happy to assist you.


Discounts & Wholesale Accounts

Since we are a manufacturer/wholesaler and not a retailer, our items are already priced at wholesale market value to take into account the reseller. Because of this, we generally are not able to offer any discounts or coupons. We strive to not have any price increases even though our costs go up every year. We do however offer a 10% discount for any order of $2000 or more, out of respect for the size of the order. We also offer special deals through our Facebook page on our closeout, discontinued, or designer samples.


Shipping Policies

Where do you ship to?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.  Please note that for international orders, all customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.  


How quickly will my items arrive?

Most orders placed before 4:00 PM EST will be shipped same day as long as all of the products are in stock. If we encounter a backordered item, we will hold your order if we can completely fill it within 1 - 2 days. If we are not able to do so, we will ship what we have in stock and backorder what is not in stock. From there, we will ship your backorder as soon as it is available. Orders are shipped from Rhode Island, USA and will typically arrive to domestic U.S. addresses within 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. (Holidays such as Christmas can affect shipping times as USPS takes longer to ship to destinations)


How much do you charge for shipping?

We use USPS: First Class is $3.80 for orders $35 and under (you may request this via email if the order is over $35 and is a light weight package and we will refund the difference), 2-3 Day Priority Mail, which is a flat rate of $8.25, and Express which is $25.00. Faster or slower shipping methods may be available by special request. All domestic orders of $150 and over will receive free priority shipping.


Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping to all domestic orders $150 and over.


My purchase is on backorder. What does that mean?

If one of your items is currently out-of-stock but expected to arrive at our shop within 1-2 days, we will hold your entire order until it can be shipped together. If the item is expected to take longer than 1-2 days to arrive, we will send the in stock items first and backorder the rest. We will send the backorder items separately as soon as they become available.


Returns & Exchanges

How can I return or exchange an item?

To submit a return, exchange, and/or replacement, please print and fill out the form below and mail it back to us with the item(s). Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. All returned and exchanged items must be returned unaltered from the condition they were sent. You may choose to receive a full refund (less shipping & handling) to the payment method used or to receive a credit towards future purchases.

If you need help, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to proceed.




How many days do I have to return my purchase?

You may return most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping fees.


I have received items that are missing or defective, or I have received items in error.

We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest quality standards throughout all stages of of the production and fulfillment processes.  While we aim to be thorough, due to the high volume of orders we receive, we may make a mistake and ship you an item in error or that does not meet our high standards.  We stand by our commitment to our customers, and will happily take care of any issues or concerns you may have.  Please email or call us and we will make every effort to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.

For a defective item, we will be happy to issue you a refund to your account (less shipping & handling), replace the defective product, or offer you store credit to use towards future purchases. For a missing item, we will send you the missing product as quickly as possible.


Product Information

Where are your products made?

All of our empty jewelry is made right here in the USA.  Our crystals are made by Swarovski™ which is located in Austria.  All products ship out from our headquarters in Warwick, RI, USA.


What materials are your products made out of?

All of our jewelry is made of solid brass, which is then coated in a variety of finishes.  Our Gold Overlay and Sterling Silver Overlay contain a thin plating of real gold or silver over the brass base. Our crystals are real mineral glass crystals made by Swarovski™.  Our faux pearls are also made of mineral glass, instead of cheap plastic like some other faux pearls.


Are your products nickel-free?

Our Brass Ox and Copper Ox finishes are 100% nickel-free. Our Hematite, Rhodium, Gold Overlay, Sterling Silver Overlay, Rose Gold and Silver Ox finishes all contain a light coating of nickel underneath the finish coat. This is common in costume jewelry and the purpose is to brighten the dull brass before the finish coat is added. Those five finishes are not considered nickel-free for those with allergies.  And of course, all of our products are 100% lead-free.

What plating finishes do you offer?

We currently offer 8 finishes:

  • Copper Ox: Our Copper Ox has a combined brown and slightly reddish hue look. Also referred to as “Antique Copper.” (Nickel Free)
  • Brass Ox: Our Brass Ox is a tender gold meets gentle bronze. Also referred to as "Antique Brass.” (Nickel Free)
  • Silver Ox: Our Silver Ox gives your design a silver-plated look with an antique impression. Silver Ox, also referred to as "Antique Silver" is one of our most popular platings.
  • Rhodium: All of our products are offered in our most popular Rhodium finish. This silver-grey color is perfect for everyday jewelry.
  • Hematite: Hematite is a black shiny plating that looks dark and dramatic with lighter stones. Hematite, also referred to as "Gun Metal" creates a edgy look with its metallic shine.
  • Gold Overlay: Our Gold, also known as "Yellow-Gold" is known as the unofficial classic Gold color. This finish is warm in tone, and is making a come-back in the jewelry world.
  • Sterling Silver Overlay: Sterling Silver gives jewelry a elegant look, perfect for black tie events and weddings. Sterling Silver, also known as "Bright Silver" looks great with white, rose gold, and neutral stones for a classic look, or darker colors for a more dramatic, show stopping piece.
  • Rose Gold: Our Rose Gold is our newest finish introduced to only select items. It has a golden color saturated with light pink. The Rose Gold trend is here to stay!

If you go to our website, there will be a red button with a shopping bag and a heart that says Rewards in the lower left hand corner. Once you click on it, you can sign up or sign into your rewards account, which is the same as your Las Vegas Rhinestones account. Once in your account, you can view your points and redeem them for coupons if you have enough points. Once you redeem your points, you'll be given a coupon code that you can use for your next purchase. This code can't be combined with any other coupon codes.

You need 500 points for a $5 off coupon code, 1000 points for a $10 off coupon code, and 2500 points for a $25 off coupon code. To receive your coupon code:
- Click on the red rewards button in the lower left corner
- Log into your account. It is the same account information as your lasvegasrhinestones.com account
- Click on All Rewards. If you don't have enough points to redeem, you'll see a progress bar on the right, next to the reward name.
If you do have enough points, there will be a Redeem button.
- Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.
