You will need:
- A bracelet, necklace, or anything with an extension chain
- A bicone bead, spike, or other decoration you want to attach
- Cutting pliers
- Flat-nose pliers

Steps:
- Cut the ball off the end of the extension chain.
- Put a headpin through a bicone bead.
- Bend the headpin with a pair of flat-nose pliers, and cut off the excess with cutting pliers.
- Bend the remaining headpin into a loop.
- Use a jump ring to attach this to the end of your extension chain.
